Deposit

Two nights deposit is due immediately upon making a reservation.

Within 60 days of arrival a full prepayment is due including all applicable taxes, cleaning charges, optional travel insurance and any other additional charges that apply to the reservation.

Rates

The nightly or weekly rate quoted is valid for the number of guests and dates of stay stated in your reservation. The rate does not include any extra charges you may incur during your stay. There is a $75 daily charge for any additional adult 18 years or older.  

Additional nights

Any additional nights to the existing reservation are subject to availability and may be quoted at a different rate from the main stay dates.

Cancellation

A reservation cancelled within 60 days of arrival is subject to two nights’ charge. A reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival is subject to a full forfeiture of the prepayment.

Changes in Reservations

All reservation changes are subject to availability and rate change.

Number of Guests

The number of people occupying the rental home must be disclosed at time of rental. If the number of persons staying in the home exceeds the number stated in the reservation, all additional persons will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Parties

No house parties or wedding receptions are permitted in the home or on the home grounds without written permission from Hawaii Vacation Rental Online. If a party is reported, you will be asked to vacate the rental home without refund.

Housekeeping Service

Optional housekeeping service is available during your stay at a minimum charge of $45 for the 1^st hour and $35 for additional hours depending on your specific requests and the size of the home.No housekeeping service is included in your nightly rate.

NON-optional housekeeping service is provided following your check out and is listed as an extra charge on your confirmation or statement of account.

Non-smoking

If your rental home is designated non-smoking and there is evidence of smoking, your security deposit will be forfeited. You will be responsible for additional charges if the restoration of the property exceeds your deposit.

No Pets

No pets are allowed in the rental home.Your security deposit will be forfeited if there is evidence of a pet in the rental home.You will be responsible for additional charges if the restoration of the property exceeds your deposit.

No long distance calls

All long distance calls must be put on a credit card.If any calls are found to have been made from the house phone, there will be a $25.00 fee in addition to the phone call charges.

Items Left Behind

We will not be responsible for items left behind after check out. However, if you are missing an item we will do our best to locate the item and will mail it to you at a charge of $10 plus COD charges.

Lost or Stolen Items

We will not be responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen during your stay. We ask that you take the normal precautions in securing the rental home such as locking all exterior doors when leaving the home.
